Baby Djukic coming Feb 2026🥹🦋✨🤍 we are incredibly overjoyed to share the news that our first embryo transfer, that took place on Saturday June 7th, worked and has resulted in our very first positive!! We have endured so much over the past 2.5 years to get to here and it feels surreal to see two pink lines for the first time ever. We are SO grateful and appreciative of science for giving us our dream. This current feeling triumphs any sad feeling we’ve had since beginning this journey in October 2022. Our baby will know exactly what their mom and dad did to get here, how long we fought, how much we truly loved them before they even arrived and how much we owe to science and IVF. We have not stopped crying (happy tears I promise) the last few weeks since finding out, plus have been soaking this all in with our closest friends and family. I am currently 6 weeks pregnant (all my posts were delayed IM SORRY🙊) and we get to see our little babe on ultrasound next week!! Which I still can’t even wrap my head around saying that lol🥹✨🥰 With that being said, I acknowledge that this is not always the ending for everyone. Infertility and IVF is the hardest journey and I am thinking of every single one of you who is on it. Thank you to absolutely every single person who has commented, dmed or even cheered us on from afar. I hope you can stay and continue to be apart of and watch our new journey as we graduate to a new chapter. However, I know maybe for some, it will be hard to watch the change from infertility posts to pregnancy posts, so if you need to leave or mute me, I understand. I hope you know infertility and IVF will ALWAYS be apart of my journey and life, and I will never stop advocating for it. I love you all so much. To my husband, there is not enough space for what I want to say. But we did it. I love you beyond words.
