2001 KX250 @MotoSport.com project is just about finished up! Every inch of this thing was rough, but it’s coming together nicely. The engine got a full rebuild bottom to top. Wossner with the rod and piston. Boyko ported the cylinder, fixed the crank and put the rod on. Fresh green for the frame. All Balls carb rebuild kit, and bearings / seals throughout the whole bike. MotoSport with all of our OEM and aftermarket parts needs. Renthal bars, grips, chain and sprockets. Hinson clutch. Bolt Motorcycles Hardware bolts. @Maxima Racing Oils and fluids. @Guts Racing seat foam. Pro Circuit pipe. EVO did the suspension rebuild. Dunlop tires. DT1 air filter. Now it’s time to throw some Backyard Design graphics on and a few more little things before she’s ready to rip! Here is a cool piece of mini bike history for you guys! The 1997 BBR Motorsports XR150. Built by hand on a manual mill and lathe from scratch. It was the first perimeter aluminum frame minibike BBR Motorsports built. It uses a XR100 engine built by Engines only. It’s bored and stroked to 150cc’s with compression release. Most of the parts are off of a 1997 CR80 big wheel (16/19 wheels). Lance Smail raced a version of it at Langtown. We recently got this bike back from Tim at VMX plastics.
