Meal Prep with me 🤍 All recipes below! Drinking @Bloom Nutrition energy drinks while I prep 💗 1.STEAK WITH MUSHROOM GRAVY, SWEET POTATO AND SALAD Steak: - Season steak with salt & pepper. - Bake at 350°F for 5 min per side. - Heat butter in a pan, sear on high for 2 min per side. Mushroom Gravy: - Sauté mushrooms in a pan. - Add broth (I used homemade halal beef broth). - Mix in a little flour, stir until thickened. Sweet Potatoes: - Bake whole at 350°F for 20-30 min. Quinoa Salad: - Quinoa, cucumber, red onion, Parmesan, lettuce. -Dress with olive oil & lemon. 2. GRILLED CHICKEN PASTA Sauce: -Roast onions & tomatoes in oven, blend after until smooth. -Sauté with olive oil, crushed tomatoes, tomato paste, paprika, garlic powder, salt, pepper, basil & Parmesan. Add in your choice of pasta and cut your chicken into chunks (put into the pasta) Chicken: - Grill chicken tenders, cut and mix into the pasta. - Garnish with fresh basil. 3. PREPPED VEGGIES FOR OMELETTES - Chopped onions, parsley, chili pepper & mushrooms—ready to throw into an omelette for a quick, easy morning meal. 24 hours in Lisbon, Portugal 🇵🇹 such a beautiful country, can’t wait to come back and explore more 💗 Things that I did - create an itinerary - ate at manifest brunch spot - went to LX factory and saw the bookstore called “Ler Devagar” - went to alfama (which is considered an old town but so beautiful) and saw some historic areas called “praça do comércio” and also walked the beach - cool coffee / matcha shops called dramatico & instant crunch - went to eat at cevicheria and around there had so many flea markets + cool sight seeing and lots of restaurants - ended the night with pastel de nada (famous Portuguese desert) so fire - drinking @Bloom Nutrition greens travel packs to get in my greens intake #bloompartner 🤍
As we close out 2024, I wanted to share this for anyone who feels like this year wasn’t their best. I started the year full of expectations. Not everything went to plan. Mainly i let myself down. But i told myself no matter how long it takes, I’ll never quit. I accepted that this was a year to grow , to improve, to fail and learn. And honestly the biggest blessing was knowing that I continued to get up after falling . There are lessons in everything if you allow yourself to see them. Going into 2025 I am far from perfect but i feel ready for anything, and I want you to know that if 2024 wasn’t your year, 2025 will be. Keep going. if you didnt give up, you did better than you think. most importantly I want to say thank you. I wouldn’t be who I am today without every single one of you. I thank God for blessing me with this platform and I pray that he allows me to show up and be here for you, like you do for me. I can’t wait to meet many more of you in 2025, to hug you & continue to experience life with you all. Thank you again.❤️
