After the high of finding out about adding another baby to our family, we were met with an incredible low of a miscarriage. Up to this point, we’ve been so fortunate to have healthy, (almost) full term pregnancies. But as the statistic says “1 in 4 pregnancies end in loss”. This one has obviously been very true for me. The pain, loss and confusion I felt was so indescribable. And so many women go through this. In silence. If you have or are going through a loss, know that you aren’t alone.
