Flamingo-tini Cakes🦩🦩🍸🩷🩷 Sometimes an idea has to marinate in the back of your mind for a while, and then a-ha! 💡 I’ve wanted to make a flamingo that stands on just one leg for monthssss and just couldn’t figure out a way to make it structurally sound (and easy). Until today 🥰 This is a strawberry cake with some pink coloring added to make it even more pink. The legs are made of pink melting chocolate and are attached to the stem of the glass using a bit of chocolate as glue. I can’t believe it’s not butter 🧈🧈🧈🧈🧈💛 To get sharp edges and corners on this one, I used the flip and freeze technique that I use on cupcakes all the time, and then trimmed off the excess while it was still frozen- it worked perfectly!
