Here is my favourite glute focused leg day and how I structure it for maximum growth (in my opinion)🤝🏼 I start with my compound movements (Hipthrusts and RDLs) as they work more than one muscle at a time and require the most energy, then move onto my unilateral movements (step ups and kick backs) which are your single leg exercises, these are super important to incorporate as they help prevent imbalances. Lastly I do my isolation movements which usually require the least amount of energy and add more of a focus onto the one specific muscle for a finisher and burnout at the end of your workout! What I eat in a day not tracking my calories and eating intuitively but still keeping a high protein focus🍋🟩🥬🍗🍳☕️ Currently trying to prioritise eating whole foods as much as possible whilst also eating foods I enjoy and meals I love whilst still trying to reach my goals.
