Dairy farm ice cream parlour in the heart of BC’s farm country🐄 🚜 Playground, petting zoo area (grab feed inside for $2), watch cows being milked around 3:30pm-5:30pm, visit the calf maternity barn in the back. They have around 120 cows on-site, don’t let them down 🐮and make sure to take a tub of their ice cream home too! If you grew up in Abbotsford, chances are you been here and know how special this place is. Their ice cream is 16% butterfat for that rich, velvety texture. There’s street parking nearby and it’s 2 blocks from 99 B-line and bus routes that run along Broadway. 📍 West End - every Saturday 9am-2pm until October 25 at Nelson Park. One of my favourite areas to be in, make sure to go walk down Davie St afterwards! Metered parking available on Burrard or Davie. 📍 Kitsilano – every Sunday 10am-2pm until October 26 at the Kitsilano Community Centre. A big market with 50+ vendors and they have a water park next door! Park on W 12th Ave or W Broadway. 📍 Trout Lake – The longest running market since 1995. It happens every Saturday 9am-2pm until October 25 at John Hendry Park. 65+ farms, producers, food and coffee trucks, it’s huge! Parking is tricky, try to take transit to this one, 20 minute walk from the Commercial-Broadway Skytrain. 📍 Riley Park Summer – every Saturday 10am-2pm until October 25 at Riley Park.
