I think ive perfected my recipe! Roast the following in 410 degrees for like 40 ish min - 7-9 tomatoes -small yellow onion -garlic head -rosemary -evoo -onionpowder, garlic powder, italian herbs, sprinkle of smoked paprika -s&p After thats done, in a pot: Saute chopped small onion in evoo for 1 min Add half a can of tomato paste Cook down for several min, add s&p Add 3 cups of vegetable or chicken broth and scrape all the bits from the bottom of the pot, bring to simmer Add the roasted veggies(discared rosemary) and squeeze out the roasted garlic cloves into the pot -add a few leaves of fresh basil Bring to simmer Blend in blender or with an immersion blender Add 1/3 cup heavy cream 1 tblsp brown sugar (balance out the acidity) Add more salt and pepper as needed -add 2 tblsp of butter Serve with grilled cheese and enjoy 🍅🫶🍅🫶🍅🫶🍅🫶 #tomatosoup #grilledcheese #cozymeal
