I could eat 20 of these 😋 What you need: 2/3 cup Buffalo sauce 1/2 cup cream cheese (can add more if you'd like) 2 cups shredded chicken 2 cans pillsbury grands flaky layers 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella (optional) Melted butter and garlic powder or minced garlic (I just eye ball this) Fresh chopped parsley Step 1: Preheat oven to 350. Then mix together buffalo sauce and cream cheese until smooth. Then add in shredded chicken and mix together until evenly coated. Step 2: open up biscuits cans and separate them. Gently stretch each biscuit out so you can add the filling. Step 3: Fill each biscuit with 1-2 tbsp of buff chix filling and optional some cheese then pinch it shut. Make sure it is fully closed! Step 4: add each biscuit to a baking sheet, brush with melted butter, and bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes. Step 5: garnish with fresh chopped parsley and enjoy!
