In MXGP, the riders go out for a sighting lap approximately 10 minutes before gate drop. After they get in from the siting lap, they have the remaining time to get ready to go to the gate, which is usually between 2-5minutes. Most riders will change their rear wheel in this time, however, on this occasion, we didn’t, because the Monster Energy Yamaha Factory MX2 riders did their sighting laps on their spare bikes, instead of their race bikes.
