For more context, Her appointment was at 2pm, I had mesged her the day before to confirm and also if she was able to film for a consultation video, didint hear back but still arrived to the salon as she had confirmed her appointment via are booking system prior to, we did have a FaceTime consultation back in March which we then booked for an appointment for April 15th that she then rescheduled to April 30th to then no call no show her appointment with no context, this obviously put me in the hole for the day making 0$ off a larger services as I had booked majority of my day for her as she had an extensive color history and her being a first time new client I always like to book out extra time for first time clients. To the people that will say “well maybe something happened unexpected” she did not reach out and has been consistently posting on her insta story’s before and after her appointment time. not to mention I took no deposit to secure her appointment which I always do but thinking that I could trust her given she has a larger name, why would she want to risk that, but I was wrong and here we are bringing awareness to not waste someone’s time when booking for a service and to always take deposits no if ands or buts learn from my mistake #hairtok #haireducation #hair

Now she did have some previous color history in her hair I first went in with lightening her hair with @olaplex no 1 to protect her hair during the lightening process once she was lifted to what I needed her to be we went in with @pravana vivids !
