Gluten-Free Buldak Carbonara 😋 Thanks to @matt | morocooks for sharing your recipe to inspire me to create a gluten-free version! I also forgot to mention some Gochujang isn’t gluten-free so always check that as well! (The one i used has been used in my house for many years and while made in the same facility as wheat, there are no gluten containing ingredients and I have never been sick from it but there are Gf labeled ones if you prefer to find an alternative brand) ANYWAY, here’s Ingredients: GF Ramen Noodles (mine are from @glorylandfood) ½ TBSP GF soy Sauce (or GF tamari) ½ TBSP GF Hoisin 1 TBSP Gochujang 1 - 1 ½ TBSP Spicy Gochujang 1 TBSP Chicken Bouillon/ Seasoning (Mrs. Millers used in video) ½ TSP Sugar Chili Powder Onion Powder Garlic Powder Cumin Salt Pepper Carbonara Ingredients: 1 egg yolk Mayo Hot water from ramen boil #celiac #glutenfree #buldak
