Evelyn spent her last 7 days surrounded by love, watching her beloved @Ms Rachel (I’ve included a snippet of her video message to Evelyn at the end 💗), taking beautiful walks and enjoying long snuggles. We’ll be forever grateful to Evelyn’s hospice nurses for making these moments possible for us. Thank you for a beautiful last week my sweet girl. It will never be enough, but it was a bittersweet, heartbreaking gift. Sleep peacefully baby girl xx
