3 things I did to stop bloating all the time/ after every meal!! ⬇️ below 1. First I slowed down! Started eating slower & being more mindful when eating instead of just eating mindlessly & too fast!! 2. I stopped eating fake healthy snacks such as ‘cookies & cream protein bars’ and protein cookies! These are so bad for ur gut and leave u feeling bloated & puffy… stick to real protein like nuts & eggs 🥚 3. Ditched low-fat flavored yogurts (bad for ur gut, full of artificial sweetners usually) & started eating full fat plain Greek yogurt !
5 things I would NEVER eat if I was in a calorie deficit… now I always say everything in moderation so that still stands BUT these are things that I think are a ‘waste of calories’ & super high in them. 1. Fizzy drinks, personally I think drinking ur cals in a waste when ur in a deficit, much rather eat something for the same calories ! 2. Frappes - so many calories (again would rather not drink my cals) & super sugary! 3. Trail mix with chocolate & dried fruit. Way better off just having a handful of nuts on there own for the protein. 4. Chocolate like peanut butter cups, there rlly calorie dense, better off with some dark chocolate ! 5. Takeout ! Obvs occasionally is fine but this is one way to ruin ur deficit, you don’t know actually how many cals ur eating & super easy to have too much. Usually cooked in lots of oils too
