І так, перший у цьому році 🍞✨ Рецепт той самий, але дублюю на всяк випадок ✨ Інгредієнти: • закваска 100% - 50 г • борошно пшеничне - 250 г (у мене Rinforzata) • борошно цільнозернове - 30 г • вода - 190+20 мл • сіль - 5 г Закваска має бути активна (можете погодувати її за 6-8 год) Змішайте воду (190 мл) і борошно й залиште на 1-2 год. Далі введіть закваску і знову залиште на 30 хв. 
Після цього додайте сіль і іншу частину води поступово (20 мл). *Тут важливо НЕ вливати всю воду одразу. Додавайте її повільно, поетапно, під час замішування, і припиніть додавати воду, якщо тісто стає надмірно вологим. Залиште на бродіння на 4-5 год, при цьому потрібно робити складання тіста (вологими руками) з інтервалом 30-45 хв. Останню годину тісто не складати. Округліть заготовку і залиште на 30 хв. Сформуйте хліб і викладіть у форму для вистоювання. Залиште у холодильнику на ніч. Випікайте у розігрітій до 250°C духовці - 15 хв під кришкою (тут я кидаю декілька кубиків льоду), і потім ще 15-20 хв - 220°C без кришки. #рецептиукраїнською #кулінарнийблог #хліб #хлібназаквасці #закваска #хлібрецепт #рецептхліба #sourdough #sourdoughbread 🍞✨ Sharing the same recipe, just in case you missed it! ✨ Ingredients: • 100% hydration starter: 50 g • Wheat flour: 250 g (I used Rinforzata; bread flour works well too) • Whole wheat flour: 30 g • Water: 190 + 20 ml • Salt: 5 g Ensure your starter is active (feed it 6–8 hours before starting). Mix 190 ml of water with the flour and let it rest for 1–2 hours (autolyse). Add the starter and rest for 30 minutes. Incorporate the salt and gradually add the remaining 20 ml of water while kneading, stopping if the dough becomes too wet. Let the dough ferment for 4–5 hours, folding every 30–45 minutes with wet hands. Skip folding in the final hour. Shape the dough and place it in a prepared banneton. Cold-proof in the refrigerator overnight. Bake in a preheated oven at 250°C for 15 minutes with a lid (add a few ice cubes for steam), then uncover and bake at 220°C for another 15–20 minutes. Aggiungere il lievito alla farina, poi metà della soluzione liquida. Incorporare zucchero e sale con il resto del liquido. Lavorare l’impasto, aggiungere il burro e far lievitare fino al raddoppio. Stendete l’impasto, tagliate i triangoli e create i cornetti. Far lievitare un’ora. Si tratta di mandorle caramellate con zucchero e acqua. Vengono preparate principalmente nel periodo natalizio, le possiamo trovare sulle bancarelle durante le sagre di paese. Riprodurle a casa è molto facile anche se bisogna fare attenzione al caramello che non deve mai bruciare o diventare troppo scuro. ⭕️Ingredienti 150 gr mandorle 150 gr zucchero 80 ml acqua ♨️ versiamo le nostre mandorle insieme allo zucchero e all’acqua e portiamo a fuoco medio. Mescoliamo di tanto in tanto con un cucchiaio di legno fino a che lo zucchero inizierà ad asciugarsi e comincerà a cristallizzarsi prendendo un bel colore ambrato. 🇪🇸Las almendras pralinadas o caramelizadas son realmente deliciosas, muy sencillas de hacer y aman tanto a mayores como a niños. Recette Meze 👇| Meze Tarifi Idée meze turque super facile et délicieux. 🇨🇵Ingrédients : 5 poivrons rouges 1 gousse d'ail 5 cuillères à soupe de yaourt nature 2 cuillères à soupe d'huile d'olive 1 cuillère à café de paprika Sel (au goût) Persil frais haché Préparation : 1. Déposez les poivrons rouges entiers dans l'airfryer et faites-les cuire pendant 10 minutes à 200°C. Une fois cuits, laissez-les refroidir légèrement, puis retirez délicatement leur peau. 2. Coupez les poivrons pelés en petits morceaux. 3. Râpez une gousse d'ail et ajoutez-la aux poivrons. Incorporez le yaourt et une pincée de sel. Mélangez bien pour répartir les saveurs. 4. Huile parfumée Faites chauffer l'huile d'olive avec le paprika dans une petite poêle pendant 30 secondes. Versez ce mélange chaud sur les poivrons et mélangez doucement. 5.
