I came across my first alopecia patch in July 2023, just under 2 years ago. My little girl was 1 at the time and it absolutely broke me. The stress of motherhood and trying to juggle everything clearly got on top of me and caused me to lose my hair. I had 3 patches that grew to the size of about a 2p piece. Since then they have completely grown back but I am often coming across new little patches every now and again.
